Professional Priorities

Professional priorities keep changing according to time, external situations, market demands and family conditions. Most importantly, varying aspirations change the importance of those factors. Every organisation and employees should revisit these periodically. I believe the best fit with the organisation happens when employee expectations agreed by both the parties, at least up to some extent. Even if a cent-percent agreement is not possible, having clarity about those makes it easy for employees to contribute meaningfully in the organizational vision and experience personal growth as well.

I am listing my current (2020) priorities from the profession. As I said, these are bound to change. I am open to discuss it with anybody who would like to engage with me professionally.
