Proximity Analysis

Distance will not cause any variations in the program implementations

It is a general understanding that when the distance (proximity) of the schools increases from the Educational/Economic center, it also affects the learning outcomes of the students. There are multiple reasons specified for the same, such as accessibility, challenges in managing the distant locations, contextual differences etc. But in the case of Goa it is observed that there is no consistent drop in the parameters or even in the learning outcomes as the distance increases. Better communication strategies, motivation of the functionaries, smaller distances in the state could be possible reasons for the same. We might not be in a position to specify the reason but could at least bring out that there are no concerns about the implementations due to the distances from the Education center.
