Strategic Management: Continuous planning, monitoring, analysis, and assessment for an organization to meet goals and objectives. Executed tools like Organization Development, Theory of Change, and Logical Framework Analysis. Consulted as OD Expert. Carried visioning exercise for organizations.

Technology Innovation: Technology innovations for scaling the programs and assuring productivity. Envisioned mobile application to handle field operations, program management, training management, organizational management.

Program Initiation: Preparing the program initiation documents and managing change. Developed Program designs, structures and Project Charters. Introduced and executed Change Management System.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Conducting regular monitoring, annual evaluations, and program impact studies. Implemented live monitoring systems using Salesforce and Tableau, Managed two state-wide baseline studies, one annual evaluation

Quality Management: Designing a quality management plan, setting up the processes for Quality assurance. Established departments for Manual and Automated QA, implemented QA process for development sector projects.

Capacity Building: Identifying needs, laying plan, prepare modules, conduct training. Delivered orientations, in-person and online training. Served on contemporary ideas like Learning Organization, Continuous Professional Development.

Team Management: Developing shared vision in the team, coordinating with managers, fostering teamwork. Successfully handled small and mid-size teams. Executed MBO plans. Conduct regular team building activities. Quarterly and annual Appraisals.

Stakeholder Management: Guarantying stakeholder support through regular updates, sharing progress and success stories. Presented the program, project updates during board meetings. Shared updates to District officials like DIECPD Principles, EOs.

Vendor Management: Efficient Vendor management to promote problem-solving, team working and risk sharing. Handled outsourced projects. Prepared and executed contracts, ToRs. Implemented projects with partners like Persistent Systems Pvt Ltd Pune, Learning Possibilities London, Microsoft Education India, Learning Possibilities Bangalore.

Risk Management: Creating, Updating and Maintaining risk registers; Developing Risk mitigation plans. Developed formats, assessing risks, and tracker for maintaining Risk Register. Informal interactions with stakeholders to foresee Risk.

Educational Research: Designing, executing and presenting the academic and programmatic researches. Lead and Participated in more than 10 educational research studies. Two studies internationally recognized. Currently establishing Research Department for Programmatic Research.

Liaising with Government: Liaising with the State, District, Block, Cluster level Government Education officials. Liaise with the government systems in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand. Closely operated with MSCERT. Presented program updates, project proposals to Education Secretary, Niti Ayog.

Program Sustainability: Assuring government ownership, sustainability, and institutionalization. Mapped out a project to assure the institutionalization of the Mulyavardhan Program.
