People Management

Team management is one of my strengths. I can handle large team sizes and can work with them to achieve the desired program outcomes. I have worked with the volunteers, professionals, field teams and experts as well.

My volunteers groups use to have young children. Similarly, experts were mostly retired members. I can comfortably work with all the age groups. Additionally, I have managed international teams as well. My teams were based in Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Russia, Singapore, and India. It becomes easier for me to work with and lead the multicultural team.
