Monitoring
I have worked on the Monitoring of the large scale education program, called Mulyavardhan. This program was catering to more than 190 thousand teachers and more than 2 million children through 67000 schools in one state. I was part of the team which was collecting the period data from various stakeholders. The program management team was implementing the program with support from more than 200 field staff and 35 district heads. At each phase, the required data was getting collected by the field staff. Also, government teachers and principals were also expected to submit regular monitoring data.
My significant contribution in this team was the automated live analysis. I designed the live monitoring system by utilizing the minimal technological capacity of the non-profit organisation. Later, I shifted everything to Tableau. All Tableau reports are connected to the production databases, and live reporting is available to all the concerned stakeholders. It completely changed the nature of the development sector program implementation.
