Practices during assembly

Most discussed and observed practices during Assembly

Observation of School assembly showed that many schools already have very good practices. If we align those to the MV indicators then we can expect the program to achieve the outcome faster.

A few of the schools were observed implementing very innovative practices which could engage students, like News-paper reading, Sharing DinVishesh (Importance of the day), Yoga, Dress code checking, Cleanliness drive, etc. It was observed that a few of the schools had very well-defined responsibilities. Some schools also had completely student-led assemblies. It was one of the most widely reported points in the assembly observations. This is a very good sign as its well aligned with the MV framework. Similarly, a few of the schools tried to conduct their assemblies in different languages as schools had migrant population. Some schools tried to give opportunity to the students to come in front and present something. Few students were observed narrating stories during the assembly. Overall most of the assemblies were very good, timely conducted and well planned.
