Autonomous is the word which defines me. I am confident to drive my work independently. I borrow autonomy to make decisions for all my assignments. It makes me ambitious and demands the risk-taking trait. I am an initiator, energetic, enthusiast, and ready to walk through the hurdles. Another important personality trait is flexible and adaptable to the environment.
I love working with teams and promote cooperation. I tried to drive high-performance teams. Therefore my teams are very competitive. I work with leaders and allow autonomy to them as well. I lead as visionary and rely on the mates for the day-to-day operations. It demands strong communication. Therefore, at times, perceived as opinionated and persuasive.
