Continuous Professional Development

All the core team members of the organisation keep working on Continuous Professional Development (CPD). It helps them improve the quality and efficiency of the delivery. CPD becomes an inevitable part of the dynamic organisations where knowledge works.

I have worked on the Professional Development of my teams. Also conducted the interactive sessions for the Government teachers and representatives.

I have also developed a Training management system as part of the Mobile Application for teachers' development.
