• Educational Research: Sachin Mohite anchored the design, implementation, analysis, paper writing, and presentations of various educational research projects. Through rigorous research methodologies, he sought to identify areas of improvement and development in the field of education, focusing on value-based learning and democratic ideals.

• Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E): Sachin actively contributed to the M&E team, which was responsible for devising well-researched tools and frameworks for monitoring the effectiveness of the Mulyavardhan program. By gathering and analyzing data from 67,000 schools, he helped derive valuable insights to enhance the program's implementation and impact.

• MV+ Program Implementation: Sachin Mohite led the MV+ program implementation, a significant phase during which the organization endeavored to develop innovative strategies at the cluster level. He oversaw the design and execution of continuous professional development initiatives, ensuring that educators and school staff received the necessary training and support.

• Ground Feedback Model: Under his guidance, an innovative ground feedback model was implemented, facilitating direct communication and assessment of the program's effectiveness at the school level. This allowed for real-time adjustments and improvements, leading to more efficient and impactful execution.

• Cluster Management: Sachin supervised 25 clusters, each catering to 25 schools, in the MV+ program implementation. By overseeing these clusters, he ensured smooth coordination and collaboration among team members, fostering an environment conducive to positive change and growth.
